Chimmili

My mom taught me this super simple recipe. Its very healthy, especially for strength.

Cooking time : 10-15 mins

Prep time : 10 mins

Ingredients:

Jaggery – 2 cups

Sesame seeds – 4 cups (dry roasted)

Cardamom powder – 3 table spoons

Recipe:

1) In a blender, grind jaggery, sesame seeds, cardamom powder into a course powder. 

2) Make laddu’s out of this sweet mixer. No ghee is needed to make the shape, as grounded sesame seeds have bough oil to put the shape in place. 

Chimmili is ready to eat!
