Alfredo Fettuccini Patsa

I am a huge fan of pasta.. its fun and easy to make! You can customize it to your tastes and likes. 

Cooking time: 20 mins

Prep time: 10 mins


Fettuccini pasta (as required) 

Butter – 1 cup 

Heavy cream – 3/4 cup

Parmesan cheese – 1/ 2 cup (grated)

Romano cheese – 3/4 cup (grated)

Salt and black pepper to taste

Garlic – 1/4 dab

Water to boil 


1) In a pan- boil the pasta for about 10 mins. 

2) In another pan – on a low flame of heat melt the butter. Add salt, pepper, and garlic.

3) Add cheeses and melt them over low flame of heat; to this sauce add heavy cream and stir well. 

4) Drain water from the pasta and add it to the sauce. Stir well… Tip: Have generous amounts of alfredo sauce 🙂 

Alfredo Fettuccini pasta is ready!
