Fruits are filled with a variety of nutrients good for our health. It is suggested we eat at least one cup of fruits every day. Here is a simple, quick recipe for fruit salad.
Cooking time: 5 mins
Prep time: 15 mins
Orange – 1 (diced)
Strawberry – 3-4 (diced)
Banana – 1 (cut)
Cucumber – 1/2 (diced)
Lettuce/Cabbage – 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
Salt to taste
Papper to taste
* I used lettuce and cucumber to add texture to the salad. Fruits have a very smooth texture – so it is a personal choice to add these two *
1) In a bowl add all the cut fruits and toss them well.
2) Add salt and pepper to taste.
Fruit salad is ready to eat!! Enjoy
