Ever tried cabbage and milk curry? It’s my mom recipe, and its almost like eating paneer ki sabji. This sabji is very easy to cook with simple ingredients. Do try and let us know 🙂
** Cabbage milk sabji **
Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 15 mins
Cabbage – 3 cups (finely chopped)
Milk – 3 cups
Oil – 1 table spoon
Salt to taste
1) In a heated skillet, add 1 table spoon oil and chopped cabbage. Let the cabbage cook till it starts to change the color to golden brown.
2) Add two cups of milk and lower the heat to medium. Allow 10-12 minutes for the milk to thicken and add salt to taste.
Cabbage milk sabji is ready to eat. Best when served with rice or parathas.
